Tom Morello Reveals His Last Conversation With Ozzy Osbourne

JAKARTA - Tom Morello shared his last moments with Ozzy Osbourne. As a friend and partner in music production, Tom shares a lot of stories with the Black Sabbath vocalist.

At the Black Sabbath final last July, Morello played the music director. There he talked about many things, from technical factors to personal chats he didn't forget.

"That's the last time I've seen Ozzy. Today is over. The show was incredible and people have been working hard for this show for a long time, and we all hugged and cried. So we went to the party afterwards, and finally the atmosphere calmed down. I was playing pinball with my desk. Suddenly someone patted my guy, and I was having fun playing multi-ball, and I was like, 'Let me go.' And it turns out Jack Osbourne, because his father wanted to say hello, "said Tom Morello quoting Loudwire on September 9.

Ozzy's dedication in music is something Tom Morello admires. He was lucky to be able to kiss Ozzy for the last time after the farewell concert was held.

"Ozzy came to the after party, crazy, right? So, I could kiss her head for the last time, say I love her, thank her for her music for life, and she replied, 'Can you call Sharon? I want to get out of here.'" he recalled.

As an admirer of Heavy Metal, Tom Morello is grateful for the birth of Black Sabbath. Ozzy also brought the idol artist Tom, Randy Rhoads to the surface. And he is very grateful for that.

"Heavy metal music is music that makes me love music, and it was Black Sabbath that created it. Then Ozzy Osbourne is the artist who brought Randy Rhoads to the world. And that's the poster that was displayed on my wall as I train eight hours a day," concluded Tom Morello.
