JAKARTA - Brian Imanuel Soewarno or better known as Rich Brian, a US-based rapper, announced the postponement of ticket sales for his single concert in Jakarta.
As is known, the 25-year-old rapper will appear in Jakarta on this year's Asian tour to support his latest album, WHERE IS MY HEAD.
Meanwhile, Brian's first large-scale single show in his hometown will be held at the Beach City International Stadium (BCIS), Ancol, North Jakarta on November 29.
However, with Indonesia's condition in the past week, which was marked by demonstrations in various regions, the rapper announced that ticket sales had been postponed without mentioning a date.
"Jakarta, with everything happening right now, we are delaying ticket sales until further notice," wrote Brian, citing a statement on Instagram uploads, Sunday, August 31.
"We will continue to provide the latest information as soon as possible, stay safe everyone," he continued.
For information, Rich Brian was born in Jakarta on September 3, 1999. He started his musical journey by uploading his works on YouTube since 2015, until finally the single titled 'Dat Stick' made him look at by 88rising, a music label in the US that houses Asian-blooded artists.
