JAKARTA - The Supreme Court (MA) has received Agnez Mo's cassation, which was previously found guilty by the panel of judges at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court, for performing Ari Bias' song "Just Ticket" without permission.
The Supreme Court's decision was confirmed by Ari Bias himself, via text message to VOI on Thursday, August 14.
"Already (received the Supreme Court's decision)," Ari replied briefly.
Based on this decision, the songwriter who is also a member of the All-Indonesian Composite Association (AKSI) ensured that he kept his promise not to submit a Review (PK).
"Like my promise, there will be no PK," said Ari, via Instagram Story.
Instead of continuing the legal process which has been quite long, the Elkasih personnel took steps to accept the judge's decision.

"I fully respect the decision of the Supreme Court which granted the cassation," said Ari.
Ari is grateful that the long process for the case can end, and hopes that all parties can take lessons.
"I am grateful that this legal process has finally ended at the cassation level, and I hope that all parties can take lessons from the long journey of this case," said Ari.
"I believe God has planned all of this by His will, and His plans are definitely the best. However, there is still one thing left to really complete this struggle," he said.
