JAKARTA - The Ministry of Creative Economy (Ministry of Creative Economy) together with the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) see cross-sectoral collaboration as a positive step to implement an inclusive and sustainable Music Creative Acceleration Program (AKTIF).

"This cross-sector collaboration is what we want to encourage between professional musicians, educators, students, MSME activists, and the community. This is not only a matter of music, but also building an inclusive and sustainable creative ecosystem," said the Music Director of the Ministry of Creative Economy, Mohammad Amin, quoted from ANTARA, Tuesday, August 5.

The Music ACTIVE Program is a collaborative initiative that combines the strength of the art community, the world of education, musicians, and creative economy activists, which is the transformation of the National Priority Program and monitored directly by KSP.

The involvement of creative activists in the Music ACTIVE Program will prioritize the spirit that everyone can work and physical limitations are not a barrier to contributing to the creative industry.

This step is in line with the vision of the creative economy as the new engine of growth which starts from the region by opening as wide as possible for collaboration across communities and the diversity of talents.

One of the ACTIVE Programs that has been running is to facilitate the production and release of the 'Wong Sepele' video clip as a result of a collaboration between musician Ndarboy Genk and blind singer Fauzi Haidi, which was produced in collaboration with the Balker Headquarters Community.

"Many dangdut dangdut musicians are famous, but the reason we chose Ndarboy Genk is because we have a commitment to become the locomotive of the brand that attracts the Kreatif Balangan Kere Community carriage which contains around 250 people in Yogyakarta," said Mohammad Amin.

The ACTIVE program sees music as a tool to develop the community. One of the ways taken by the Ministry of Creative Economy and KSP is by developing students' talents from SMKN 2 Kasihan, Yogyakarta. They were involved as accompanying orchestral music players in making video clips for the 'Wong Sepele' single, which has been released simultaneously to various digital platforms since July 14, 2025.

This collaboration is a valuable experience as well as a means of proving that student talent can be developed through direct involvement in professional production.

Meanwhile, the Balker Headquarters Studio in Bantul, which is the main location for the production of the 'Wong Sepele' video clip, is a collaborative space involving members of the Balker Headquarters' creative community in the production process ranging from audio technicians, video crews, artistic arrangers, post-production editors, to distribution and promotion processes.
