JAKARTA - Since the departure of the drummer, Taylor Hawkins, Foo Fighters has not found any more figures who complete the puzzle. Now they seem to have found the right person.

As is known, Josh Freese was appointed as a successor in the drummer position. With his experience and skills, fans were optimistic that he would last a long time.

Unfortunately, last May Freese was asked to step down on the Foo Fighters deal. Shane Hawkins, Taylor's son, and also Matt Cameron of Pearl Jam are said to be a replacement candidate.

But the latest news says that the new drummer who will come is not Shane. The Hollywood Reporter mentions a name, he is none other than the drummer for the band Nine Inch Nails, Ilan Rubin.

Ilan Rubin himself has a long track record in the music industry. Apart from being the focus of NIN, he had filled Paramore drum sessions on their first album in 2013. He has also played with legendary musician from the United States, Danny Elfman for some time.

It is possible that Ilan Rubin joined Foos to strengthen after Nine Inch Nails announced that they had separated from Ilan and withdrew, they recruited Josh Freese with great enthusiasm.
