Isyana Sarasvati Shows Love To Anime Through Game Of Love

JAKARTA - Isyana Sarasvati introduced her new single entitled 'Game of Love'. This song is the fourth single as well as the opening of the second half for her upcoming album, ELEKTIKO.

As is known, the album ELEKTIKO has four main rounds, namely Lunora, Mamiu, Cecilia, and Century.

In the first half, three songs were introduced, namely "Today" the Indian feat, "Frenemy" the VIDI feat, and Something New Afgan's feat.

Then the second half, Mamiu, 'Game of Love' was introduced as the opening with a thick J-Pop feel and inspired by several Japanese electronic game soundtracks.

The 'Game of Love' offers a fresh and energetic atmosphere, but it has a deep emotional meaning. This song depicts the journey of a person who continues to try to survive a complicated relationship, until he finally realizes that releasing is the only way out of an unhealthy cycle that keeps repeating itself.

"This song is a reminder for us to be brave and tolerant when we have to let go of something that is already inconsistent with us," said Isyana in her statement, Monday, July 14.

The 'Game of Love' was written directly by Isyana born from a personal conversation with her best friend. After listening to a story that was so touching, the 32-year-old singer asked permission to translate it into a musical work.

The writing process is felt to flow so naturally that this song is very honest and emotional which was then assisted by Kenan Loui as producer.

As part of the Mamiu round, the 'Game of Love' also represents Isyana's inner-child side who loves cartoons and animations. Mamiu's character is also present as a form of visualization of this phase which brings the spirit of exploration and exploration, full of color, and imaginative to the entire atmosphere of the song.

Apart from being heard on various digital music platforms, the 'Game of Love' is also present in the form of a lyric video that can be seen on the Isyana Sarasvati YouTube channel.
