Playing In Cipete Episode 18 Becomes The Stages Of Meha, Orkhidaria, William Sihombing And Daniel Abraham Work

JAKARTA - Playing in Cipete, a weekly music program that has consistently become an expression space for young and independent musicians, has entered episode 18. Held on Monday, June 30, 2025 evening at Casatopia Cafe, the event was enlivened by musicians who demonstrated their works and live actions.

Monday night's excitement started with William Sihombing with a full of feelings. This soloist from South Tangerang performed his songs such as "White", "Buana", "Aksara", "Potret", and the latest single entitled "Samudra"

William Sihombing is known for his personal lyrics and mature music production with FireFly Records in his works.

Appearance continued by Orkhidaria, a trio of musicalization of poetry that was on the rise. Through their EP "Senarai", this group presents songs such as "Unfortunately", "Home, Not Home", and "Not Asking For Many".

Every song presented by Orkhidaria, wrapped in intimate poetic lyrics and acoustic arrangements. One of the personnel even inserted a poetry reading in the middle of the set, strengthening the contemplative impression that became their trademark.

Meha, a talented young singer, seems captivating by performing the classic song "Kiss Me" from Sixpence None the Richer. She then introduced the works of her debut album "Love Never Gets Wrong", including "Dakku Sekarat", "Dari Dari Langit", and "There's Rasa".

The songs performed by Meha show a soft but strong vocal color, as well as inspiring lyrics.

Not to forget, Daniel Abraham was present as the final performer. His rappers, including his "party", "Bucin", "Sore Street", and "Jogetin" are sliding fast.

Known as a young hip-hop fighter with positive lyrics and fast beat, Daniel previously also appeared in the 108th edition of the Swag Event and received a warm welcome from the urban music community.

The Play-Play music program at Cipete itself has become a regular weekly event every Monday night at the Casatopia Cafe.
