JAKARTA - Lesti Kejora through her attorney, Sadrakh Seskoadi, conveyed the chronology of the legal problems faced with the police report made by Yoni Dores at the Polda Metro Jaya on May 18.
Sadrakh revealed that the problem with Yoni Dores began when the songwriter visited Lesti's residence. In this case, he denied Yoni's statement that she was not given room to meet Lesti.
"This initial incident began when Yoni Dores' brother was present at the residence of Lesti Kejora, which we knew at that time Lesti was carrying out filming activities," Sadrakh told the media crew in Kembangan, West Jakarta, Monday, June 16.
"So from some statements submitted by Mr. Yoni Dores who said that they were not given space and were not given time to hold a meeting, we considered that it was not in accordance with the facts, because Lesti Kejora was doing filming activities at that time," he added.
Sadrakh also questioned how Yoni visited his client's residence without making an appointment first.
Then, Lesti's attorney denied Yoni Dores' statement claiming to have sent three summons before making a police report.
"In fact, only one time (solution) was received. Where the subpoena was sent on March 1, 2025 and management (Lesti) responded to it on March 6, 2025 and was received by representatives from the attorney's office of Yoni Dores on March 11, 2025," said Sadrakh.

Despite denying Yoni Dores' statement, Sadrakh ensured that Lesti Kejora respected the songwriter and her decision to make a police report. He is still waiting for the continuation of the legal process at Polda Metro Jaya.
"Until now, we are still waiting for the investigation process carried out by the Polda Metro Jaya," said Sadrakh.
