JAKARTA - Alice Cooper as the band has planned the release of the eighth studio album, which was presented more than five decades after the release of the seventh studio album, Muscle of Love in 1973.
This album brings Alice Cooper back as vocalist with three original personnel, namely Michael Bruce as guitarist, Dennis Dunaway as bassist, and Neal Smith as drummer.
Meanwhile, Alice Cooper's latest album is titled The Revenge Of Alice Cooper. The frontman said the work on this album felt like the continuation of their journey which had stalled in 1973.
"It feels like this is our next album after the 'Muscle of Love', like, 'OK, this is the next album.' Isn't that funny after 50 years? Suddenly it feels like that," Cooper said in a recent interview with Billboard.
The Revenge Of Alice Cooper will be released via earMUSIC on July 25, by first introducing the single Black Mamba through the broadcast of Alice's Attic's Cooper radio show on Tuesday, April 22.
