Hetty Koes Endang Reveals The Great Role Of Titiek Puspa For His Music Career

JAKARTA - A senior Indonesian singer, Hetty Koes Endang, felt a very big loss when she found out that Titiek Puspa had died on Thursday, April 10.

The 67-year-old singer said that the late Titiek had an important role in his career. He even said that the deceased had a special place in his heart.

In this case, Hetty said, Titiek was the person who helped her to develop, while still struggling to pave the way for her career as a singer.

"From 1973, Aunt Titiek has been a judge for every competition I have participated in. From the start I was still in West Java, to moving to DKI Jakarta in 1974," said Hetty Koes Endang in Pancoran, South Jakarta recently.

For Hetty, Titiek is a supervisor who has made a huge contribution, not only to his personal music career, but already on a national scale.

"He continued to guide, follow the course of my career, because Aunt Titiek was a judge at that time. Until the last 1977, Aunt Titiek sang Linta Putih and I won at that time," continued Hetty.

For information, Titiek Puspa died at the hospital, after two weeks of hospitalization. The deceased has been buried at the Tanah Kusir Public Cemetery (TPU), South Jakarta.

Losing the figure of Titiek Puspa is a national concern, with many figures from various fields coming to visit and take him to his final resting place.
