JAKARTA - D'Masiv will continue the global go-to campaign by visiting Japan. The concert tour titled 'Japan Pop Journey' will be conducted by visiting Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo on April 18-20.
Rian (vocals) said the trip to Japan was an integral part of D'Masiv's efforts to penetrate the global market (global Goes). This tour continues their visit to Los Angeles, United States to attend the 2025 Musexpo recently.
"Actually, this is continuing to go global D'Masiv. Yesterday we went to Los Angeles, just returned (to Jakarta) before Eid. This month we will go to Japan, the three cities, and next month we will also have a single concert in Singapore," Rian said when met in Petukangan, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 8.
Rian hopes that overseas travel can bring D'Masiv to meet world music actors. The reason is, they need good cooperation to realize their dream of becoming a band at a global level.
"Hopefully with this trip we can meet again with parties who can cooperate with D'Masiv there," said the vocalist.
"And we do have a plan this year there will be a record, international album preparation. This is part of our series going there," he added.

Meanwhile, the cities chosen are areas where there are quite a few Indonesians who already know D'Masiv well.
The main goal is for Indonesians there, who may not have returned to Indonesia for a long time,' he said. 'Yesterday, I also started selling tickets, it turned out that the response was positive, many also wanted to watch in Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo.'
Meanwhile, regarding the setlist played, Rian said, DMasiv will also perform their English songs.
"D'Masiv also has several English songs, coincidentally there are some friends there who are Japanese, watching us too. So, those who watch D'Masiv are not only Indonesians, but there are friends who are genuine Japanese and have already bought tickets to watch D'Masiv there, "he concluded.
