JAKARTA - Panji Prasetyo as the attorney of 29 singers who are members of the Indonesian Voice Vibration (VISION) said that the involvement of several young singers as applicants for judicial review of Law No.23 of 2014 concerning Copyright (UUHC) to the Constitutional Court (MK) is an illustration of the rowdy public space due to the issue of permission to present songs and royalties of performance rights in Indonesia recently.

The attorney said that Mentari felt that he needed legal certainty. The reason is, as an emerging singer, there is a time when Mentari is asked to perform songs created by others on stage.
