Ikura YOSOBI Praises Jakarta Spectators Who Always Give Warm Welcomes And Sing With Enthusiasm

JAKARTA - YOSOBI appeared in front of thousands of fans who met Istora Senayan, Gelora Bung Karno, Central Jakarta on Wednesday, February 26 evening. The J-pop duo came in the context of the 2024-2025 YOSOBI Asia Tour in Jakarta which was promoted by SOZO and The Sound Project & Co.

Ikura (vocals) and Ayase kib(or, synthesizer) accompanied by four other musicians appeared to bring their best repertoire, starting with Seventeen, Shukufuku and UNDEAD. Then it continued with New me, Yuusha, Kauitsu, Mou Sukoshi Dake, Tabun, to IDOL.

On the sidelines of his appearance, Iruka expressed his happiness to be able to meet fans again in Indonesia. For him, Jakarta is a special city, which always gives warm welcomes.

"Everyone in Jakarta really welcomes us warmly. It really makes us confident," said Iruka.

"When we appeared abroad, and we realized that there were so many people here who believed in us and waited for us to perform, we were very happy," he continued.

Iruka also praised how the audience in Jakarta always sang together so enthusiastically. Not only for this concert, but also at previous concerts.

"Jakarta, Indonesia is a very special place for us. And I have said in various interviews that everyone sang very excitedly last year. And I have said in various interviews that I am very happy to hear everyone sing together in Jakarta," said the vocalist.

So, we really love everyone who is waiting for us in Jakarta. And today too, everyone cheered with such happiness, right? You sing together, right? We are very happy, very happy," he added.

Furthermore, Iruka ensured that YOSOBI would always plan to return to Jakarta for other shows in the future.

"And that's because all of you love us so excited, that we can stand on this stage. And we always thought that we wanted to return to Jakarta again. Thank you very much," he said.

Meanwhile, the performance of the first day of the YOSOBI Asia Tour 2024-2025 in Jakarta lasted about two hours. HEART BEAT and Gunjmen were performed at the end of the repertoar, followed by Butai ni Tatte and Yoru ni Kakeru as encore.

For information, Jakarta is the last city in the YoASOBI Asia Tour 2024-2025 series. Previously, they had visited Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taipei, Shanghai, and Singapore.

Iruka and Ayase will appear for another show in front of their fans in Jakarta. The second day of concert will take place tonight, Thursday, February 27.
