Kokoro Urin, Mazari Group Member Announced Death After Injury

JAKARTA - Shocking news came from the J-Pop group, Mazari. They have just announced the death of one of the personnel, Kokoro Urin.

Through a tweet on X's official account on February 25, Mazari reported the sad news to fans. Other members are reportedly still in shock due to the sudden death of their colleagues.

"The news of his death (Kokoro Urin) came so suddenly that all band personnel, artists, and staff were still difficult to accept and deeply saddened," the statement read.

Urin is said to have suffered a serious spinal cord injury. He was also announced hiatus from group activities. Unfortunately, a day since the announcement of his break, he was declared dead.

In order to maintain privacy and respect the grief experienced by the family, details about the funeral were not shared.

"Please note that we will not disclose the date, time, and location of the funeral at the request of his family," wrote Mazari's account.

The group's official accounts are also grateful for the support of fans to Kokoro Urin and Mazari so far. They hope that members who have been considered as families will find peace.

"We would like to thank you for all the support and encouragement you have given to Urin Kokoro during his life, and we pray for his peace of mind," reads the closing of the group's statement.

On February 19, Mazari's X account reported that Urin was diagnosed with a spinal cord fracture. He was not involved in the show schedule on February 25 and 26 because he had to undergo surgery.

Since being convicted of injury, Kokoro Urin is advised to appear sitting without doing serious activities. He even took pictures with fans while sitting on February 20, which was one of his last moments with fans.
