Ahmad Dhani Responds To Agnez's Statement Regarding Requests For Political Support

Ahmad Dhani tried to respond to Agnez Mo's various statements that were conveyed when he was a guest of the Close The Door podcast hosted by Deddy Corbuzier.

Appearing with Ari Bias' attorney, Minola Sebayang, through a video uploaded on the Video Legend YouTube channel, the Dewa 19 frontman highlighted a statement revealing the contents of his conversation with Agnez.

As is known, Agnez revealed that there was no invitation from Dhani to mediate royalty issues with Ari Bias. The 38-year-old singer said Dhani contacted him to ask for political support.

"So, about eight months ago, he had a call, but about asking for a video to support him in the DPR. So, there is no context at all for this. Nothing," said Agnez.

In response, Dhani questioned Agnez's claim, which he said was not based on evidence.

Dhani claims that he has evidence of all his efforts to mediate between Ari Bias and Agnez Mo.

"Finally, I sent the evidence to Deddy Corbuzier, yes, Deddy just laughed, "This is Ded, this is proof that I cheated Agnez. Even in December I sent (said) Merry Christmas. ) There is proof of everything, and it's not answered," said Dhani.

"And I also contacted Steve (Agnez's brother), I contacted his mother too. Everyone didn't reply," he continued.

Dhani said he had good faith to solve the problem without having to proceed in court.

"I have good faith, don't go to court, Ari Bias asks for only Rp. 5 million per concert, the three times are only Rp. 15 million," he said.

The musician who is currently a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) Commission X also offered to bail out Ari's request to Agnez. However, there was no reply and good faith obtained from Agnez.

Furthermore, regarding the request for political support, Dhani did not completely deny it. But for now, he feels lucky that Agnez did not provide the video of support.

"And those who asked for the video 2023, I did ask. Not only with him, to Ariel too. Ariel gave a video, Raffi Ahmad also gave a video. Luckily Agnez didn't give it, if he gave it to say 'Ah, so the DPR is because of me.'
