Ifan Seventeen Gives Deep Meaning To The Latest Solo Album

JAKARTA - After a series of singles released as soloists, Ifan Seventeen finally introduced a new solo album with the title 17. This album became the beginning of his musical journey in 2025.

The title 17 was chosen by deep meaning. Even though he has been in a solo career after Seventeen's end as a band due to the tsunami tragedy in 2018 Ifan doesn't want to just leave the name that has raised him in the music world.

"For me, 17 is a very meaningful number. Because it is indeed the meaning of the Seventeen band that I always bring, as an award for everything I have achieved," Ifan said in his statement, Wednesday, February 19.

The latest album brings stories about twists and turns of feelings that teenagers feel when they are 17 years old.

"I got a lot of beautiful things from this 17th, that's why I named my first solo album with '17'. And every time I released the song I planned every 17th," said the 41-year-old singer.

On his latest album, Ifan presents a total of eight tracks, whose cultivation lasts quite a long time. Not without reason, he and Momo Captain Jack as producers want to provide the best series of works for listeners.

Of the eight tracks, Ahmad Fredy wrote Munajat Cinta was chosen as a focus track. This song tells the story of an answer to many questions about true love in someone's life.

This song wants to convey that every human in his fitrah lives in pairs.
