Moldy Radja Calls The Controversial Part In The Song Apa Sih Just Gimic

JAKARTA - Radja guitarist, Moldy has again spoken out regarding criticism that came to Radja after releasing his latest single entitled 'What Sih' in mid-December.

Through Radja's official Instagram account, the guitarist appeared in a short video to present his arguments regarding accusations of plagiarism.

As a songwriter, Moldy insists that what he is doing is not an act of plagiarism.

Although previously he openly admitted to taking inspiration for the song APT. From Rosé and Bruno Mars, Moldy said that the controversial part of the song was just a gimmick.

"For me, 'What Sih', I'll stick it in front of making a gimic, the same at the barrier, after the chorus goes to song again," said Moldy, citing a video uploaded on Radja's Instagram account, Tuesday, January 7.

The 52-year-old guitarist argued that it was Radja who was the victim of plagiarism. He called an Australian artist named Troye Sivan once released the song 'Angel Baby' (2021) which plagiarized Radja's song entitled 'Tulus' (2005).
