Celebration 30 Years Of Music, Winky Wiryawan Holds Rhythm Odyssey 23 November

Winky Wiryawan will celebrate his 30-year journey as a dislike (DJ) through a show titled Rhythm Odyssey which will be held at H, Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD, South Jakarta on November 23.

"This event is a form of gratitude for my journey for 30 years in the music world. I want my friends to be able to feel the stories and energy that have been forming my cave," said Winky Wiryawan during a press conference in Gunawarman, South Jakarta, Thursday, October 31.

Later Winky will feature a setlist depicting his journey through the world of electronic music since 1994, when he was in high school.

"I want people to know the journey, like me every year, so later there will be songs from 2001, to 2004, and so on," said Winky.

The 45-year-old DJ did not appear alone, there will be several collaborators who will participate in celebrating the event in the first session, namely Kenny Gabriel, Sara Fajira, Audrey & Aqi Singgih, Maruli Tampubolon, Lukman Sardi, Attila Syah, and Prince Husein.

Then for the second session, the DJ series will participate, such as Evan Virgan, Osvaldo Nugroho, Herdy, and my sister. They will join the stage to create an atmosphere that is more energetic and full of enthusiasm.

Especially for Lukman Sardi, Winky said the actor would appear to play the violin. He also explained that the son of the violin maestro Idris Sardi has the ability to play music, in addition to his job as an actor.

"Later, just look at him playing the violin in which part," said Winky.

Meanwhile, Rhythm Odyssey, which is divided into two sessions, will feature a mix of music and audio-visual experiences.

The first session will open with Winky who brings an electronic live band by presenting epic smash-ups, combining his songs with international dance hits that are familiar to his ears. This is an opportunity for Winky to summarize his 30-year career journey within 30 minutes.

Without a break, the first session will continue to the second session which brings the atmosphere to a more exciting level and pumps adrenaline. In the after party session, Winky and the guest DJs will take over the stage with a collaboration set that makes the audience unable to stop swaying.
