Without You, How Shye Sees Optimism In Failed Relationships

JAKARTA - The creativity shown by singer, songwriter, and producer from Singapore, Shye is again stated in a new work. He presents a single entitled 'without you', which tells the process of maturity in life and romance.

No exception, he talks about separations that are sometimes difficult to pass, but are often the best choices.

"This song is inspired by a question that has never been asked by someone who I really don't think is 'Why did our relationship fail? Will you come back and try again?'," said Shye in a written broadcast.

"Through that question, I was really forced to think for a moment to examine an experience in the past. My answer was no, because I believed that everything happened for certain reasons and I remained loyal to my side," he added.

An interesting point of view he put in this song. He wants to keep optimistic even though this song discusses separation.

"Sometimes, to be able to continue loving someone, despite a bad experience, is a way to recover from pain. It's not easy but it's a healthy way to really let ourselves recover. Taking control of everything is also the highest form of self-love for me," said Shye.

"I hope my music listeners can feel connected to the lyrics of this song and can find the strength to keep going forward and towards better times," he concluded.
