JAKARTA - Arash Buana is preparing to launch a second studio album throughout his career on the music scene. As an introduction to the album, he invites listeners to stop by a new single entitled "Take Me Home".
This song carries a simple story, about a figure who is heartbroken by losing his partner and ultimately has no direction of life.
"I'm looking for a simple topic, which is like a breaking song. I'm just dramatizing the storyline, the conclusion of the song is that the singer hasn't moved on yet," said Arash explaining his work in a press statement, reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 12.
The idea of this song has actually existed since early 2023, its creation was inspired by Arash's activity which was inspired by old songs at that time.
Throughout his career, Arash often brings up stories of personal experiences. The use of the word 'home' on the title song became his representation because he used to find inspiration for making songs where he could feel comfortable.
"To write songs, sometimes there are some places that I don't want to be vulnerable there because I still have a wall that I put down for whatever reason. So it's clear what my house is," said Arash.
Furthermore, to enrich his new work, Arash collaborated with Rendy Pandugo as a producer in "Take Me Home". Unexpectedly the results were very satisfying, because Rendy's touch in the song met Arash's expectations.
"I didn't think that Rendy would produce my songs like this because he had never seen the music side like this. He could visualize what I wanted to create and be part of the album that was being prepared," he said.

Arash insists that the single 'Take Me Home' will sound like it has nothing to do with the two previously launched singles, namely "Friends" and "I Really Do Love Her".
However, he ensured that in the full album of the two later, all materials, if heard sequentially, would become a complete work.
To be able to strengthen the message that will be contained in the second album targeted to circulate in early August 2024, Arash with the release of the single 'Take Me Home' invites listeners to join in the reflection.
