Nikita Rizki Offers City Pop Music Through Single Debut With Me

JAKARTA - Newcomer singer Nikita Rizki introduced himself to the national music industry by releasing her debut single titled Bersamaku. This song was written by Windu Briliand Valantino and produced by the RMB Entertainment music label.

At the age of 16 on February 27, Nikita, who first explored the world of modeling and acting, decided to expand her wings to the world of singing to regenerate her love for music that had existed since she was in elementary school.

"Together, I tell about sensitivity to people we love, you can make girlfriends, sisters, brothers and sisters and family. This song invites us to be open to what we feel," said Nikita Rizki during a press conference in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, February 21.

Nikita comes by offering city pop music, a famous genre in the 1980s and has been loved again recently.

Radiya representing the label said the choice of the music genre to introduce Nikita Rizki to the widest Indonesian music listeners.

"From the music itself, I want something more contemporary, so teenagers the age of Nikita and young people can enjoy it. But I also want the song to be enjoyed which is 40 years old and over, because the genre is still coming with them," said Raditya.

Regarding his experience when he first entered the recording studio, Nikita admitted that he faced several difficulties. However, he said that the cooperation between the label and the production team had succeeded in assisting the recording process so that it could be completed properly.

"I was surprised for sure (for the first time I entered the recording studio), because there were many new tools that I met. The team knew how nervous I was during the recording and it became less flexible. But thankfully the team helped me until the song was over," said Nikita.
