Citra Scholastika Releases Song Once Stopped For Disconnected Kites

JAKARTA - The singer of the Indonesian Idol Citra Scholastika competition finally released a special return song for the latest film OST 'Layangan Putus' by director Benni Setiawan entitled "Once Stopped."

"I'm very happy that after a few years Citra hasn't released a song. Maybe (Citra) is known for its energetic and cheerful songs, but this time it got an extraordinary opportunity," said Citra when met at the premiere of the film 'Layangan Putus' at Plaza Indonesia, Central Jakarta, Tuesday afternoon, quoted by Antara.

He added, It's my dream! Can work with MD Entertainment (the production house for the film Layangan Putus) and Mas Benni too. The title has been absent," he said.

Citra was also enthusiastic about collaborating with Indonesian filmmakers through this film because according to him the story presented attracted his attention. In fact, he had watched the previous Layangan Putus' series and was looking forward to the film from the sequel to the series.

"Hopefully the song Once Stopped can stop at the hearts of all the friends who come," said Citra.

Once Singgah was a ballad genre song that tells the story of someone who wants to forget his ex-lover. Unfortunately, the person's love has grown too deep and it is very difficult to get rid of it.

Just released on December 15, the song "Once Stopped" feels very fitting when played in a number of rounds in the film 'Layangan Putus'. At some peak moments of this film, Citra Scholastika's song "Ever Stopped" adds to the atmosphere of gray emotion in it.

Meanwhile, the post-separation film 'Layangan Putus' is still continuing the story between Kinan and Aris (Reza Rahadian) due to the issue of a third person named Lidya (Anya Geraldine).

In the follow-up film of the Layangan Putus' series that was broadcast some time ago, Kinan will show his strong figure to raise his child, namely Raya. With the new problem from the previous series, the film Layangan Putus presents something different in the Indonesian film scene.
