This Is The Reason Adele Took A Long Time To Release Every Album

JAKARTA - Adele explained why it took her quite a while to release a new album.

Since her debut album, 19 came out 15 years ago, Adele has only released three more albums. There is a four-year gap between her continued albums in 2011, 21, and 25 in 2015, and then six years passed before she released her latest album, 30.

Adele commented on the long gap between her albums when she received an award at the Women's In Entertainment The Hollywood Reporter, explaining how Angelo's son's pregnancy during the 21 album cycle formed her career and beliefs.

"Sometimes I wonder if people think I've been counted when I've been missing for years and I'm hard to understand and I believe that it's a little better or something," he said.

"But the real reason I only have four albums and I don't think many people know it they know I have a child my child is 11 years old. So if you count, it means at the top of album 21... I'm pregnant. For many people, it is considered suicide in a career."

"That's when I chose to reject the scarcity of success, and the idea that you should always be relevant to be successful," he continued. And maybe, maybe, I could be a hit both on and off stage. And you'll never guess - I just got away with it!"
