JAKARTA - Arsy Widianto and Ziva Magnolya collaborated with a song called Rain created by Yovie Widianto. This song is one of the material from Arsy's latest album, Poem, which will be released on Friday, December 8.

Rain was created in an unusual way. This song was first made when Yovie Widianto held the Billion Songs Concert on May 2.

At that time Yovie was asked to compose a song using three chords and four random words chosen by the audience. Then, the Kahitna keyboardist spontaneously in five minutes managed to compose a song with four words from the audience's choice, namely rain, pain,haus, and sleep.

"It was a song that was made suddenly by accommodating words from the audience who came. At that time there were two versions, on stage and Ziva with Arsy in the back," said Yovie Widianto during a press conference in Senopati, South Jakarta, Tuesday, December 5.

Unexpectedly, the song that was made impromptu on stage went viral on social media. In fact, many cover the song.

It is not without reason that Yovie chose the song he composed by Arsy and Ziva. Especially for Ziva, he assessed that the singer who graduated from Indonesia Idol was a smart person. The arrangement of the song Rain was also made similar to the version sung by Ziva last May.

"I am happy with all the music, so that we can create works that have colors. Ziva Magnolya has extraordinary abilities. Since the first time we met, there has been no change. Ziva remains a person we are proud of," said Yovie.

Rain, which is the focus track of the Poem album, will also be present through a video clip that takes the shooting location in Tokyo. Some of the iconic places in the Japanese capital were chosen as a setting.

"This album is a poem from a trip over the past few years, which I tried to tell through my voice. Hopefully my friends like the songs and can be enjoyed by all," concluded Arsy Widianto.
