Jesy Nelson, Ex-Little Mix Member Gives A Hint To Work On Her First Solo Album

JAKARTA - After leaving the Little Mix group, it turned out that Jesy Nelson had prepared a solo material.

This news was strengthened after Nelson shared a photo of herself in front of the mirror and wrote, “Let's go” along with some musical notes emoji. After that, she uploaded an Instagram Story photo in a studio with two people.

Fans suspect that the 29-year-old singer is working on her first album. Nelson also liked the comment of one fan who asked, "Do we get JN1?" JN1 means Jesy Nelson 1 or Jesy Nelson's first album.

Jesy Nelson is said to be working with Patrick Patrikios and Hanni Ibrahim, the people who worked on the Little Mix album, LM5, and their song titled Touch.

News of Jesy Nelson's solo career came two months after she announced her departure from the Little Mix on social media. The mental health and pressure of being a member of the group were the reasons why Nelson chose to leave.

“To be honest being in a group takes a toll on my mental health. I find the constant pressure of being a girl group member and living up to expectations".

The announcement was written by Nelson after Little Mix released their latest album, Confetti. They are also postponing their world tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The three Little Mix members supported Nelson's decision. Little Mix recently released the first photo of the three of them starting a new journey.
