Sammy Totaling Van Halen Tribute Tour: Get Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, And Joe Satriani

JAKARTA - The long-awaited Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Sammy total will start the "The Best Of All Worlds" 2024 tour. This is a tribute show for Van Halen.

principles will join heavyweight rock musicians and their old bandmates, Michael Anthony (bass, vocals), Jason Bonham (drums) and Joe Satriani (guitar).

Produced by Live Nation and featuring special guests Loverboy, the 28th tour will begin on July 13 at West Palm Beach, Florida and will end on August 31 in St. Louis, Missouri.

"We're going to explore Van Halen's catalog," How come on the "The Howard Stern Show" show. "If you want to deepen Van Halen's catalog, you need Joe Satriani."

Althoughmen and Anthony used to play five or six Van Halen songs while on tours with The Circle, now the opposite is true.

Sammy told Stern they would play five or six solo songs with classic and deep cut Van Halen.

"When we perform next year in July, it's almost 20 years since Mike and I have had a reunion with Ed [Eddie Van Halen] and Al [Alex Van Halen] in '04," said cap.

"Mike and I just said, 'We can't wait another 20 years. How long can I sing these songs? How long can I do this? I just think this is the time to serve the fans."

"There are things we will do on the next tour that we haven't played on since the tour in 2004," added Anthony.

Meanwhile, regarding the challenge of learning the contents of Eddie Van Halen's guitar, said Satriani.

"There are things that are very iconic, you have to succeed. But if you go into what he's doing live, he's never played the same thing twice. He keeps on growing; he keeps pushing. He does the recording version a little bit, but then he goes on," explained Satriani.

It's a tough task when you dive deeper into what he's doing, he continued. "But it's good to start from scratch, and then you learn all his little improvisations and you get an idea of what he's trying to do. It's really shocking; it's fun."
