Taylor Swift Will Give A Surprise In 'Good Morning America'

JAKARTA - Taylor Swift will prepare a surprise for her fans at the Good Morning America program.

Cited from social media, Swift is scheduled to appear on Thursday, February 11 at 07.00 US time.

Fans are starting to speculate that this has something to do with the re-release of the song Love Story, which coincides with Valentine's Day this week.

Previously, a fan recorded a snippet version of Love Story using the Shazam application and found information that Love Story (Taylor's Version) would be released on February 12.

The Shazam app is a platform where you can record an audio and give the track title, author, and information behind the song.

In addition, snippets of the song Love Story can be heard through an ad for the dating app Match, starring his friend Ryan Reynolds. Through his Twitter account, Swift said Reynolds asked her to provide a piece of her song in December 2020.

Taylor Swift plans to re-record all of her old material after losing the master rights to her old label, Big Machine Label Group. Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings bought Swift's masters in June 2019 before selling it back for USD 300 million.

Swift was also banned from re-recording her old material: the self-titled album, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989, and Reputation. But after her ban was removed, Swift confirmed she was re-recording the album in the studio and there were lots of changes fans could look forward to.
