JAKARTA - Chester Bennington's former band, Gray Daze, announced their first British tour in memory of the late vocalist Linkin Park.

Bennington founded the group with drummer Sean Dowdell in 1993. Bennington left line up in 1998, but then reunited with Gray Daze and re-recorded music for a new album when he died six years ago.

Gray Daze later released Amends, an album that collects reworked songs from their catalogs based on Bennington's original vocal recordings.

Last year they released a follow-up album of The Phoenix, which once again featured contributions from the late vocalist.

Wednesday, November 1, the band's four members confirmed a series of British main dates for next spring, which is titled For You Chester tour.

In this tour, Grey Daze will be fronted by Los Angeles vocalist Cris Hodges, who performed alongside the band in the US earlier this year alongside Dowdell (drums), Mace Beyers (bass) and Cristin Davis (guitar).

The show is scheduled to take place in Bristol, Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Wolverhampton, and London in May 2024.
