JAKARTA - Taylor Swift became the most translated artist in the world, according to a new study.

This result was discovered as part of a recent study conducted by WordFinderX, which analyzed data on 627,000 translations of 277,000 songs from more than 11,700 musical artists.

The songs were ranked based on the number of times the song was translated from the original language, and the artist was also ranked by the number of times their songs were translated.

Artists who do not speak English are also ranked separately.

From these results, it can be seen that Taylor Swift is the most translated artist globally, where fans translate 365 Swift songs into 57 languages equivalent to a total of nearly 5,000 translations.

K-pop star BTS is in second place due to their Korean popularity and lyrics, and Lana Del Rey and The Beatles are in third and fourth place, respectively.

Other artists on the list include CĂ©line Dion, Julio Inglesias, Shakira, and One Direction. Likewise on the list of non-English speaking, BTS is in the top position, followed by German metal band Rammstein, Ana German from Uzbekistan, and Italian artist Laura Pausini.

Meanwhile, the most translated song in the world is the Ai Se Eu Te Pego of Michel Tel total. Recorded in Portuguese, the song was released in 2011 and reached Number One on the iTunes charts in Latin America and Europe.

Elsewhere, reports suggest that Bosnia's Dino Totaling has been circulating for a long time and recorded 135 songs deemed worthy of being translated. The songs have been translated into 37 languages, 986 times, and include Bosnia's first national anthem and Herzegovina.
