JAKARTA - The Fleet band has filed a lawsuit to terminate the agreement regarding the current contract with its label.

The lawsuit was confirmed by his attorney, Ari Juliano Gema when met in Kemang, South Jakarta on Thursday, October 12.

Ari said the lawsuit had been received by the Central Jakarta District Court and the case was in progress.

"This has (processed), even evidence has been done, it's just a matter of a few weeks of decisions," said Ari Juliano Gema.

The attorney said there was a lack of understanding between the Fleet and the label regarding the points in the contract that had been previously agreed upon.

"Armada once made an agreement with one of the record company labels where there was a lack of understanding about the end of the agreement," said Ari.

"From the agreement he said that there was a certain time when the agreement ended or the Fleet's obligation to make four albums plus one (album) was either the best or something. So, this is the understanding or what happened first," he continued.

Based on the points of the contract, Fleet feels the contract is over, but the label still asks Rizal cs to produce one more album.

"Armada considers that because four albums have been completed and there is no request to make a special one album, it has ended based on a date," said Armada's attorney.

"But for them (the label party) is not over yet. Why? Because there must be one more (album)," he concluded.
