Anji Agrees To No Longer Perform Drive Songs

JAKARTA - Anji and Drive made an agreement where Anji will no longer perform Drive's songs in his future appearance.

The statement was published in a video uploaded by Anji on his Instagram account.

As a tribute to Drive, who now has a replacement vocalist, Anji asked those who want to see Drive's performance with songs that have been released, to invite him directly.

"Currently Drive has a new vocalist named Axl Ramanda. They will release a new album," said Anji, seen Tuesday, October 10.

"Regarding this, I give full support by not bringing Drive's songs in the future. If you want to listen to Drive's songs, you can invite Drive directly," he continued.

Anji also expressed his full support for Drive, which plans to release a new album.

Axl Ramanda, vocalist of Drive at this time also hopes that Anji's career as a soloist can continue in the Indonesian music industry.

"After all, Anji was once part of Drive and was involved in creating several works. We hope that Anji will also succeed in solo careers with his works," said Axl Ramanda.

Through this opportunity, Anji and Drive also hope that what they are doing can be an example for other bands with their former personnel.

For information, Anji became the vocalist of Drive who debuted in 2005. However, Anji decided to leave Drive in 2011
