Posan Tobing Has Received Pay Burman Permit Before Reporting Tantri, Chua And Cella

Tantri, Chua and Cella, three Kotak personnel were reported to the police by Posan Tobing on Wednesday, September 6 for alleged violations of the Copyright Act.

Posan Tobing admitted that he had obtained a Pay Burman permit, his senior, who also composed several songs popularized by the Box.

"I and Bang Pay have called, and Bang Pay has stated that it has been continued what must be done," Posan said when met after reporting Tantri, Chua and Cella.

Posan said that Pay Burman did not speak up because seeing the problems there were matters between the Kotak personnel, both those who were still members and those who had left.

"Why is Bang Pay not speaking up because he feels this is a personal matter, that's why Bang Pay doesn't want to talk," said Posan.

The former Box drummer has also undergone mediation with the Box with the help of Pay. However, the mediation failed.

Furthermore, through Ahmad Dhani's confession, Posan said Pay Burhan also did not receive royalties from the Kotak songs.

"Bang Pay has coordinated with Ahmad Dhani and even Bang Pay itself, it has not received economic rights from the work we created together," said Posan.

For information, Posan Tobing through his subpoena to Kotak has prohibited Tantri cs from performing his songs, namely Different, Love Don't Go, Relatives to Boxes, and Lively Alone.

In addition, Posan also banned five other songs that he composed with Box personnel, Pay Burman and Dewiq, including Still in Love, Empty Toejoeh, Leave It Alone, Only Slow, and Always Love.
