Musician Ray Viera Laxmana Fraud Arctic Monkeys Tickets Of Up To 110 Million

JAKARTA - Ray Viera Laxmana admitted to committing fraudulent tickets to the Arctic Monkeys concert which was held in Jakarta on March 18.

The musician from Bandung conveyed this and the motive behind it was via Twitter some time ago.

"Before someone spreads this case, I will honestly take the initiative first. I Ray Viera Laxmana admitted that he had committed a ticket fraud for the Arctic Monkeys concert where I sold my tickets continuously to different people. I couldn't dodge and was confused about finding ways for urgent costs related to the health of my parents. I realized that my method was wrong, and it didn't justify it at all," he opened.

"Some tickets have been successfully exchanged, some have not worked. Some have also been changed and I'm looking for new tickets. But my money is limited, I can't buy all new tickets for now," he continued.

"With this, I apologize profusely and I am ready for compensation according to the nominal transaction that has occurred regularly.

"I am also ready to accept all risks for my actions regardless of the risks.

"For those who feel aggrieved and have not been replaced, can contact me via my DM."

So far, 26 people have been victims of Ray's fraud. However, he promised to be held accountable for his actions.

This was reported through the Twitter account @afiffaishal__ which uploaded a video of Ray's statement regarding his actions.

"Today is March 2023, the 17th, I signed below, Ray Viera Laxmana, hereby state as follows: One, I admit that I embezzled approximately 26 people from the Arctic Monkeys concert, with a nominal value of approximately Rp. 110 million," said Ray Viera Laxmana in a video uploaded by @afiffaishal__.

"If I don't keep the promise of the funds until that time limit, then I am ready to be punished criminally or civilly," he explained.

"I made this provision in a state of consciousness and sane mind and there is no element of coercion or any party," he concluded.
