Underoath Makes A Great Decree, Assessing The Release Of The New Album Via MNRK Heavy

JAKARTA - Underoath signed a world agreement with MNRK Heavy.Scott Givens from MNRK Music Group said in a statement that partnering with a band as great as Underoath was a rare event.

"When the opportunity was given, we immediately took it, and spoke on behalf of the entire company, we were very honored they gave us the opportunity to work with them on their upcoming record," Scott was quoted as saying by Blabbermouth, Monday, February 20.

"Band has had an incredible career, and we all in the MRNK Music Group can't wait to accompany them in the next phase."

Meanwhile, Underoath said, choosing who they partner with in releasing music is always a big decision.

"The team at MNRK understands our vision and is excited about music. We are very excited and ready to work with Team MNRK to release some of our favorite works to date," they explained.

The new Underoath single, Let Go, will be released on March 3.

The band performed their first 2023 show on February 18 in Orlando at the Heartsupport festival, before starting their Blind Obedience tour with Periphery and Loathe, starting March 3 at Silver Spring ending April 2 in Nashville.

Underoath rediscovered the balance between chaos and harmony in each of its releases. Their composition, transformed from creative tension, becomes an iconolastic song. Even as the band almost caught fire, the rattling energy merged into something that was very resonant for millions of people.
