Powerslaves Prepares A Special Surprise For Fans, Here Are The Leaks

JAKARTA - The COVID-19 pandemic that has not yet subsided has not made Powerslaves lose creativity. This legendary rock band from Semarang has prepared a special surprise for fans again. What is that?

In the next few days, Heydi Ibrahim (vocals), Wiwiex Soedarno (keyboards), Anwar Fatahillah (bass), and Agung Yudha (drums) are ready to release a new version of the song Find Our Love Again.

The original version of the song was embedded in their 1994 debut album, Metal Minor. Different from the previous version, this time, Find Our Love Again is packaged more 'real'.

In an exclusive VOI conversation with Powerslaves personnel, it was revealed that Find Our Love Again was returned to the stage version when this song was not recorded, 26 years ago. However, Anwar Fatahillah et al are still reluctant to explain in detail this.

"The point is that it kicks more," Anwar Fatahillah told VOI, Monday, September 14.

Even though there are things that are returned to the original version before this song was recorded, it doesn't mean that Find Our Love Again sounds old-fashioned. On the other hand, there are a few added elements that make this song more animated.

The reason for the re-recording of Find Our Love Again still has to do with archiving the old Powerslaves' works which was absolutely owned by the record label that controlled them at the time, Musica. In order to save their valuable assets, Heydi Ibrahim cs will include this song in the album The Best which will be released in the near future.
