JAKARTA - British retro-style urban electric motorcycle manufacturer Maoving has just launched a limited edition of their iconic RM1S model.

Named 'Blackout', this special variant comes with an elegant and exclusive all-black look, priced at 8,995 euros or equivalent to Rp168 million, according to today's exchange rate.

Launching MCN, Wednesday, May 7, Maaving RM1S Blackout is only available as many as 300 units worldwide, and appears different from the standard version of RM1S with many colors. The 'dark' design touch is visible in tanks with subtile gray paint and gray lines, as well as the use of carbondal fiber in battery houses.

Not only visual changes, this limited edition also received an increase in the back suspension sector by installing a pair of K-Tech shock dampers. Reportedly, the first unit of Blackout's production line will fall into the hands of the well-known actor who starred in the Top Boy series and the film Adolescence, Ashley Walters.

Despite appearing even more fierce, the performance of the Maeving RM1S Blackout remains identical to the standard version. This electric motor still carries a removable battery for charging at home, claims a maximum speed of 70 mph (about 112 km/hour), an estimated range of up to 80 miles (about 129 km), and can still be driven with a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) license in the UK.

The launch of the Maoving RM1S Blackout further strengthens Maving's position as a key player in the urban electric motorcycle market with a unique design and guaranteed quality.
