AHM Officially Launches The Latest Honda Beat, Equipped With New Security Features

JAKARTA - PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) officially launched the latest All New Honda BET series with attractive designs and the latest security features, such as Smart Key and Alarm. This motorbike comes with the latest compact design concept that gives a slim and sporty impression. The design of a new curve on the body of the motorcycle as well as changes in the headlights and back adds to the excitement of the energetic activity of the younger generation.

"We maintain a compact and sleek body design, so that the All New HondaBEAT Series is easy to drive and still looks stylish," said AHM President Director Susumu Mitsuishi, in an official statement, Monday, June 3.

Accompanying design changes, AHM also presents a new type All New Honda BET, namely Deluxe Smart Key, which supports practicality and safety in everyday driving. This latest series is equipped with various advanced features such as Smart Key System and alarms, providing a sense of security while driving. In addition, there are Power Charger and Battery Indicator for convenience and ease of activities.

Mitsuishi added that these contemporary features are designed to meet various motorists' needs in their daily activities.

All New HondaBEAT is also present with the latest color choices that follow today's trends. The type of CBS is available in the Glossy White Black color, while the Street type comes with the Matte Brown color which gives the impression of street style. The 12 inch rim with wider tire treads on Street type adds to the impression of sporty, suitable for the younger generation who want to look different.

In the Deluxe Smart Key type, AHM adds security features such as Smart Key and alarms on CBS and Deluxe Standard types. To add comfort, CBS types are equipped with Power Charger and Battery Indicator. The front lights use LED technology for optimal lighting and modern digital meter panels with blue screen displays, displaying various important information such as speed, odometers, fuel, and ECO indicators.

In terms of performance, the All New Honda BET is equipped with a 110cc SOHC engine with a PGM-FI injection combustion system and eSP technology, producing 6.6kW power at 7,500 rpm and 9.2 Nm torque at 5,500 rpm. This machine is also fuel efficient and environmentally friendly with an emission standard of Euro 3. With a lubricant capacity of 0.65L and fuel consumption of up to 60.6 km/liter, this motor is the most efficient in its class.
