Along With MT-25, Yamaha Brings The Latest Color For MT-15 Models At The Malaysian Market

JAKARTA - Yamaha, a vehicle manufacturer from Japan, brought an update on the 2024 MT-15 model with the latest color scheme in Malaysia along with the latest MT-25 launches.

Reporting from Paultan, Thursday, May 9, the manufacturer with the forkala logo presents the colors Midnight Cyan and Midnight Black for MT-15, just like his bigger brother. The company said the motorbike would be available on the Yamaha Hong Leong dealer network.

Despite bringing the latest color, this motor still has some in common from the previous technical point of view. The suspension has used an inverse fork with a gold anodized fork leg at the front end and an adjustable monoshock preload at the back.

The MT-15 braking system also gets a single hydraulic disk in front and rear rims with 17-inch rims wrapped in front tires 110/7-0 and 140/70 behind.

Then, this motorbike is equipped with a number of standard equipment consisting of a monochrome LCD instrument panel featuring some information. Front and rear light has been carried by LED technology.

Meanwhile, the fuel tank is smaller with a lighter weight than MT-25, which is 10.4 liters and weighs 133 kg with a seat height of up to 810 mm.

From the kitchen side of the runway, the Yamaha MT-15 is equipped with a 155 cc variable valve actuation engine with a single cylindrical SOHC liquid, producing 19 dk of power at 10,000 rpm and 14.7 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm. This is coupled to a six-acceleration transmission supported by a slipper and assist cluster.

Offering a fresher color, the latest Yamaha MT-15 is priced at 12,498 Malaysian ringgit or equivalent to IDR 42.3 million.
