Central Pulsar Ranks Trial Latest, Launches In March

JAKARTA - Bajaj, a motorcycle manufacturer from India, intends to expand the ranks of its best-selling product, Pulsar.

The manufacturer plans to launch six models by the end of this year, including N160, N160, N250, and F250. This is also evidenced by the company testing the model.

Reported by RushLane, Wednesday, January 24, the manufacturer is testing N160, N250, and F250 with updates on the USD fork front system. It is stated that the increase will result in efficiency in braking.

Bajaj also did not need to develop this system from the start, because the USD fork had previously also been present in the NS160 and NS200 ranks.

In addition, other updates also include the latest digital instrument consoles that introduce Bluetooth feature connectivity. What's more, rivals like Hero and TVS have advanced in terms of technology.

With connectivity features that allow access to calls, messages, navigation, and music, pulsar bicycles can be more accepted by the public, especially for young people.

The three models are also offered with some of the latest color and graphics options. Currently, the N160 pulsar offers a choice of Brooklyn Black, Racing Red, Caribbean Blue colors. Meanwhile, N250 and F250 have the choice of Racing Red, Techno Gray, and Caribbean Blue.

The latest Pulsar motorbike is expected to use the same engine as before, but the power-to-weight ratio will be increased or its performance is slightly higher. Currently, the N160 pulsar is equipped with a 164.8 cc single-cylindrical SOHC engine cooled with oil, producing 16 ps of power and a 14.6 Nm peak torque paired with five accelerating gyrboks.

Meanwhile, Bajaj Pulsar N250 and F250 have 249 cc engines of single-cylindrical SOHCs cooled with oil, generating up to 24.5 ps of power and 21.5 Nm torque combined with five gigboks of acceleration.

It is likely that this third update version of the model will be launched before the end of March 2024. With several aspects being increased, it is not surprising that the price will reach more than 131,000 rupees or equivalent to Rp. 24.7 million.
