JAKARTA - Auto2000 together with Toyota Astra Motor again presents a 24-hour Standby Post and a Standby Workshop to escort customer mobility during the Christmas and New Year holidays (Nataru). This service operates from December 24, 2025 to January 4, 2026 as part of the Life is Easy with Auto2000 initiative.

The presence of this post and standby workshop is intended so that AutoFamily will still feel safe and comfortable when traveling on vacation with their family using a Toyota car, especially for favorite routes outside the city that are crowded with vehicles.

This Christmas and New Year period, Auto2000 has prepared two 24-hour Standby Posts in strategic locations, namely the Km 57 Rest Area of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road and the Km 68A Rest Area of Banten.

In addition, Auto2000 also operates 116 Standby Workshops during the Christmas holiday and 98 Standby Workshops on New Year's Day 1 January 2026, with operating hours following regular workshops.

Not only technical services, the Auto2000 Alert Post is also equipped with supporting facilities for families, ranging from rest rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, free internet, to snacks.

Especially at the 57 km Cikampek Standby Post, there are also massage chairs and kids corners so that children remain comfortable during the journey.

All of these services are supported by certified Toyota mechanics who are ready 24 hours a day and integrated with Astra World for Emergency Roadside Assistance needs. Auto2000 also ensures the readiness of services for Toyota electrification vehicles, ranging from hybrids, plug-in hybrids, to Toyota bZ4X electric cars.
