GWM Releases Haval H9 Crossing Edition, Options Of Adventurers

JAKARTA - The Great Wall Motor (GWM) officially launched the Haval H9 Crossing Edition in the Chinese market, which is priced at 257,900 yuan or around Rp608 million.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Friday, December 12, this one model received several upgrades including dedicated hardware for use on the terrain, including suspension heights and off-road equipment, compared to the standard H9 diesel variant.

In terms of exteriors, the Haval H9 Crossing Edition comes with an increased height of 30 mm compared to the standard version, and gets gray and tires of all fields 265/65 R18.

H9 Crossing Edition retains the overall body dimension of the H9 base platform. The front retains a goal design featuring strong horizontal elements and a rectangular front lighthouse, combined with a circular LED daytime running light, consistent with current generation designs.

The interior layout of Crossing Edition is also interesting and basically remains unchanged from standard H9. The cabin is equipped with a 14.6-inch central touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, and a slick transmission lever.

The seating configuration includes a composition of five seats and seven seats. Front seats are equipped with heating, ventilation, and massage functions, while the second row seats are equipped with heating and ventilation.

Driver assistance equipment includes Level 2 autofunction, but removes some comfort features, such as integrated parking assistance, ambient lighting and 360 views camera.

The powertrain specification is maintained from H9 diesel, with a 2.4 liter turbocharged diesel engine that produces a 490 Nm torque. The power is channeled through an automatic transmission of nine speeds and a four-wheel drive system.
