This Chinese Car Presents 555 Units Of Limited Edition Electricity Wagon, What's Special?

JAKARTA The electric car manufacturer from China, NIO, has again attracted attention by launching a limited 'black-themed' edition of its flagship wagon model, ET5 Touring. This special version is only produced by 555 units.

In terms of appearance, the ET5 Touring Black Edition comes with an all-black exterior, exclusive decal, roof rail, 20-inch rim, and an orange timesper brake that gives a sporty impression. This car is also equipped with a Moon Theme package that adds to the futuristic touch of premium electric vehicles.

For consumers who ordered before October 31, 2025, NIO provided a number of additional benefits, including a free AC charging kit, a five-year NOP+ autonomous navigation system service package, as well as a comfort package worth RMB 9,500. Unitary deliveries are scheduled to begin at the end of October.

The limited edition launch is referred to as NIO's effective marketing strategy to maintain momentum and increase market interest in their product lines. According to the company, ET5 Touring itself has been one of the best-selling models in the line of NIO electric vehicles in China's domestic market in recent months.

Quoted from Cnevpost, Saturday, October 18, NIO sells the ET5 Touring Black Edition at a price starting at RMB 316,000 or around Rp736 million. This price is up about 6.4 percent compared to the standard version sold starting from RMB 298,000.

Regarding the kitchen, the runway is still the same, using a dual motorcycle all-wheel drive system (AWD), producing 490 hp (150 kW front, 210 kW behind) and 700 Nm torque. Battery options remain the same, with 75 kWh and 100 kWh packages that offer a range of 550 km for ET5 Touring.

ET5 Touring is also equipped with the ability to pull loads of up to 1,400 kg and 75 kg of tongue load, which strengthens its practicality. The convenience feature includes an electricity-regular 14-way chair with heating, ventilation, and massage; 7.1.4 immersive audio with 23 speakers; 50W dual wireless phone charger; and an intelligent panoramic roof that can be compromised.
