JAKARTA - The joint venture between Huawei and Seres, namely Aito, has officially removed the latest model sheath from M7, which is priced from 288,000 yuan or the range of Rp661 million available in the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and also Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) versions.

Looking closer to the latest Aito M7, this car is indeed all new and has been upgraded in terms of appearance, interior, configuration, and size. The front design is similar to the Aito M8, with a see-through light strip connecting the headlights on both sides. The Aito brand logo has been moved over the light strip.

In addition, Huawei's advanced driving assistance system Qiankun ADS 4.0 and lidar are the standard features in all variants, including the presence of LIDAR mounted on the roof for the highest variant being one of its own attractions.

In dimensions, the latest Aito M7 comes with a length of 5,080 mm, a width of 1,999 mm, a height of 1,780 mm with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm. When compared to the previous model, the body is 60 mm longer and the wheelbase is 210 mm.

Entering the cabin, equipped with a full LCD instrument panel, a 16.1-inch central control screen, and an entertainment screen for the copilot. Wood trims have been added to the door panel and center console. In addition, there are entertainment screens behind, a 7.3-liter refrigerator, and a gravityless driver seat have also been added.

Regarding the mechanical heart, the pure electric version is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum power of 227 kW (304 hp). The AWD variant is equipped with an additional front electric motor with a maximum power of 160 kW (215 hp). The 100 kWh battery is the standard on BEV, which provides two CLTC ranges, namely 710 km and 660 km.

Meanwhile, for the EREV version equipped with 1.5L engines, the RWD variant has the same electric motor specifications as the BEV, while the AWD is equipped with an additional 165 kW (221 hp) electric motor. EREV offers three comprehensive ranges ranging from 1,465 km to 1,625 km in CLTC counts.
