JAKARTA Porsche has again proven that they are not just carmakers, but craftsmen on wheels. Through the customization program of Sonderw fire, 911 Carrera 4 GTS was born in a special edition dedicated to celebrating the 50th anniversary of Transf fire trucks, one of the most stunning driving routes in the world in Romania.
Citing the manufacturer's website, today, August 14, this special edition was finally launched. The first units of these 10 exclusive cars have been handed over to their owners in Romania.
The Transfrypta and Transylvania highway, which stretches across the mountains of Fryptoman and connects the Muntenia and Transylvania regions, is widely known as one of the best driving routes in the world. The car, dubbed the hero car', has a unique personal touch. Its exterior is wrapped in the colors of Graphite Gray with wheels and a contrasting Red Guards-colored front light ring. There is a Tribute to Transf calm sticker on the door, as well as a special badge on the B pillar that signifies its status as one of the 10 special edition units. The most interesting touch is on the back, where the machine lattices are painted finely with Romanian flag colors: blue, yellow, and red.
The personalization continues in the interior, with the words Tribute to Transfmendogmen' engraved on the guard of the burning threshold, embroidered on the back of the head, and arising on the middle hand. Each car is made unique through the Porsche Sonderw program Sonderwmen, where the owners collaborate directly with Sonderw experts and Style Porsche to select special paints, interior materials, and accessories.
Behind its exclusive appearance, the car is powered by a new 3.6 liter hybrid T-Hybrid engine, which is developed with knowledge from the racing world. With a total system output of 398 kW (541 PS) and a torque of 610 Nm, 911 Carrera 4 GTS Coupé is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/hour in just 3.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 312 km/hour.
Nine other units are scheduled to be handed over to their owners in an event by the end of August. The price is not disclosed but can obviously be many times the price of the standard Carrera 4 GTS model which is priced from 172,700 US dollars (around Rp. 2.7 billion).
