JAKARTA - Fang Cheng Bao's newest SUV, Ti7, was launched from the production line, before the official launch sometime in the future (this year).

Fang Cheng Bao (FCB) is a high-end offroad brand launched by BYD in 2023. Its current model lines include three crossovers, Bao 5 (Leopard 5), Bao 8 (Leopard 8), and Ti3 (Tai 3, Titanium 3).

Citing from the Carnewschina page, Monday, August 11, the first batch of mass-produced FCB Ti7 SUVs has dropped out of production lines in China, where images were shared directly by companies on social media pages.

The circulating photo is accompanied by the words 'smart factories operate at full capacity'. Thus, BYD responded to previous information about the slowdown in production in China due to increased supplies.

The general manager of the FCB business unit, Xiong Tianbo, participated in the launch ceremony of the first Ti7 crossover from the production line. The first seen Ti7 mass production comes in blue-silver with LiDAR sensors on its roof. However, there are more mass-produced Ti7 SUVs launched from production lines in black.

Fang Cheng Bao Ti7 will enter the Chinese market in the fourth quarter of 2025. The price has not been announced but is estimated to be in the range of 250,000 to 300,000 yuan or the range of IDR 565-600 million.

Fang Cheng Bao Ti7 is a large SUV with a length dimension of 4,999 mm, a width of 1,995 mm and a height of 1,865 mm. The wheelbase reaches 2,920 mm. The car has a high engine hood line, a flat roof and a backdoor that can be swung out with a storage box mounted on it. FCB Ti7 has five seats in it and two color schemes namely black & white and black & orange.

Fang Cheng Bao Ti7 adopts the latest DMS plug-in hybrid (PHEV) system. This car is equipped with a 115 kW (154 hp) powered 1.5 liter turbocharged gasoline engine paired with two electric motors. The electric motor TZ210XYC in front produces a peak power of 160 kW (215 hp). The electric motor TZ200XSBN behind produces a power of 200 kW (268 hp).

This car is also available with a 200 kW electric motor. The entry-level version of the FCB Ti7 has an LFP of 26.6 kWh battery from a BYD subsidiary, Findreams. This battery provides an electric range of 100105 km. Fuel consumption is 6.3 liters per 100 km. The top Ti7 has an LFP 35.6 kWh battery made by Findreams for a distance of 130 km. The fuel capacity is slightly higher, namely 6.4 L/100 km.
