Land Rover Defender Appears Stronger And Sophisticated Through The Latest Refreshment

JAKARTA - Land Rover has officially brought improvements to the Defender model which makes it have better abilities and looks than the previous version.

The automotive manufacturer from the UK made improvements to the exterior, newer color selection, to the state-of-the-art infotainment system in its interior.

"The increase in fresh design, new colors, and a series of expanded accessories followed a comprehensive increase in Defender last year, ensuring our iconic vehicle is better than ever before," said Managing Director Defender, Mark Cameron on the manufacturer's official website, Monday, June 2.

The exterior is now decorated by a newer front and back bumper coated with Silicon Silver or Carpathian Gray Satin. The appearance of this SUV is beautified by the presence of a Gloss Black cover on its wheels.

Land Rover also gave him a new 22-inch alloy rim design in the color of Diamond Turned Dark Gray with a pattern of seven fingers so that he looked more dashing but still luxurious.

The front light gets a refresher with a new characteristic that makes it look more modern and the back lighting has a dark coating as well as beautifying the visuals of this car.

The manufacturer provides a number of attractive color choices, one of which is the latest Borasco Gray which features a shiny metallic color and Woolstone Gray inspired by the Woolstone waterfall in England.

Land Rover also provides a Defender upgrade to the interior by offering the latest 13.1-inch touchscreen as its infotainment system. With the screen bigger and redesigned, it provides the ideal position for the forward passenger to personalize its interior.

The design of the latest central console allows users to take advantage of the available space as much as possible. Shear parts hide small items so they are not visible inside closed booths, while still providing access to deeper storage areas below them.

All Defender variants also get improvements to off-road capabilities, such as the presence of Adaptive Off-Road Cruise Control as an optional, providing driving on all the better terrains.

This technology is the evolution of the All Terrain Progress Control, allowing drivers to set the desired level of comfort when passing through rough terrain so they can concentrate on controlling the vehicle.

The system automatically adjusts the speed to maintain the desired level of comfort on a bumpy surface, to drive on a quiet offroad terrain.

Another added value feature on Defender is the Driver Attention Monitor, which is equipped with a camera, allowing it to monitor and alert if drivers distract from the future.

The available improvement applies to all Defender variants sold in the UK, namely 90, 110, 130, to the Octa.

The highest variant, the Octa, is now offered with the exclusive Sargasso Blue color with Textured Graphite accents and the choice of Patagonia White Matte Wrap following later this year.

This version of the Land Rover Defender is sold in England at prices ranging from 57,135 pounds, equivalent to Rp1,258 billion.
