GAC Brings A Myriad Of Innovations To Auto Shanghai 2025, New Era Of AI-Based Vehicles

JAKARTA - GAC Group affirms its position as a pioneer in future mobility through a series of innovations at the Auto Shanghai 2025 event, by introducing the X-Soul AI Panorama ecosystem and the four newest models.

GAC's future vision is contained in the X-Soul AI Panorama, where the AI ecosystem system covers four main aspects, first there is SKY where the Chinese brand introduces GOVY AirCar and AirJet, an flying car that is now entering the air certification process, equipped with an AI perception system capable of detecting small objects up to 10x5 cm from a distance of 100 meters.

Next or second there is People, GAC this time presents a third-generation humanoid robot that is present as a human partner in everyday life. Then there is Home with GoLife, the vehicle is directly connected to the smart home ecosystem and supports more than 4,000 devices from 1,000 brands, creating a seamless lifestyle between cars and homes.

In addition, the fourth Vehicle, which the vehicle company now says is not just a means of transportation, has become a moving smart house.

Chairman & General Manager of GAC Group, explained Feng Xingya, said artificial intelligence technology had opened up a new chapter in the automotive world.

Mass production of autonomous vehicles

GAC at the Shanghai Auto Event launched the world's first GAC AION Level 4 (L4) autonomous vehicle ready for mass production. The vehicle was developed with DiDi Autonomous Driving, combining the overall security technology of GAC with the latest generation hardware and software system from DiDi, as well as a multi-dimensional redundancy system. In fact, powered by 33 sensors that make this vehicle capable of identifying the traffic situation in real-time and making decisions independently with high accuracy, prioritizing safety as a top priority.

Launch of the latest model

This Chinese brand also introduces three other models that strengthen the vision of the future of mobility. There is Hyptec Earth, a vehicle of the latest shooting brake type concept that retains the DNA of an aristocrat and elegant design, yet is presented in a unique and captivating body form. One of the most unique elements of its exterior design is a dramatic headlights inspired by the natural phenomenon of "lava flowing into the sea", creating iconic and easily recognizable visuals. The car cabinet of this concept carries neo-natural luxury, presenting harmony between luxury and sustainability.

Then there is GAC Pick Up 01, a high-tech aesthetic design pickup concept vehicle aimed at the global market. This vehicle is designed to answer the needs of active and dynamic modern consumers, with tough performance, smart features, and a prominent futuristic display. Lastly, there is GAC Trumpchi S9, the car is the result of collaboration with Huawei Qiankun and CATL, GAC Trumpchi.
