Lexus Introduces RZ 550e F Sport In Europe, Offers System For Dental Change Simulation

JAKARTA - Lexus has just introduced the latest RZ model for the European market. The electric car was introduced in Brussels, Belgium and is planned to launch in the fall of this year.

Lexus International Chief Engineer, Shinya Ito said the car comes with a number of advanced technologies that reflect brand values such as the introduction of an intuitive Steer-by-Wire system to an Interactive Manual Drive that offers dynamic driving characteristics.

"At the new RZ, we have expanded electrification technology to the control system by introducing the Steer-by-Wire system, which optimizes an intuitive steering response on winding-locked roads and software-driven Interactive Manual Drive allows for a dynamic and exciting driving experience," Ito said on Toyota Global's official website, Wednesday, March 12.

Model with the name RZ 550e F Sport, this car has a number of similarities to the standard version. However, the SUV has a sporty element that can flirt with the eye.

This premium manufacturer from Japan presents an F Sport kit focused on aerodynamics on exteriors and extensive cabin space that meets consumer preferences.

Not only the outside has a sporty look, Lexus also designed the interior by showing an exclusive steering wheel featuring elements of sporty and elegant design.

Another highlight of this model is the presence of the Steer-by-Wire system, allowing users to perform turning maneuvers with a steering response that is more intuitive than ever while adding to the dynamics of driving.

The brand with the L logo also introduces Interactive Manual Drive', which offers a dental change simulation system by aligning acceleration and deseleration that has the sound of imitation.

This innovation gives a sporty and more responsive driving sensation, offering better engagement and driving pleasure.

Regarding its performance, Lexus 550e F Sport has a double electric motor that can produce a total of 300 kW of power. This allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in 4.4 seconds.

This car is also equipped with a 76.96 kWh battery which can provide a distance of about 450 km in one full charge according to the WLTP cycle.
