Suzuki EWX Lakoni Debut In Indonesia, Present At IIMS 2025

JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales Indonesia (SIS) brought something new at the IIMS 2025 event, which introduced the Suzuki eWX concept that had been featured in several previous international exhibitions.

President Director of PT SIS Minuru Amano, said the presence of the eWX concept is a form of our Suzuki's contribution in helping reduce pollution, one of which is in Indonesia.

"Suzuki eWX is a form of our contribution to Suzuki in helping reduce pollution, as well as providing high-tech vehicles for Indonesian consumers," said Minuru, in his remarks, in Kemayoran, Thursday, February 13.

Furthermore, he said, Suzuki itself has brought environmentally friendly vehicles including hybrids starting in 2022. This segment contributed sales of 30 percent of all sales of Suzuki.

"Suzuki contributes to the Indonesian automotive industry by helping reduce air pollution," he added.

Back to the eWX concept, this one car comes with a unique design and emits a futuristic impression, thanks to the yellow accent combined with gray. On dimensions it has a length of 3,395 mm, a width of 1,475 mm, and a height of 1,620 mm.

At first glance, the interior has an exterior-like color, namely neon yellow combined with black and white. Dasbor has a MID layer and a winding steering wheel, minimalist and fashionable.

Although there is no electric motor specification yet, the Suzuki eWX is claimed to be able to cover a distance of up to 230 km. This makes it as the kei car with the furthest distance.
