More Connected, AION Y Plus Now Gets Android Auto Features

JAKARTA - AION Indonesia presents the Android Auto feature for the AION Y Plus model, which is specially designed to provide a more interactive driving experience.

AION CEO Andry Ciu revealed that the company continues to be committed to increasing the driving experience for consumers, one of which is the addition of the Android Auto feature.

"With Android Auto support for AION Y Plus, we hope users can enjoy better connectivity and easier access to favorite apps during the trip," Andry said, in an official statement received on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

The presence of this feature (Android Auto) also shows AION Indonesia's dedication in presenting advanced technology into consumer daily life. Moreover, the Y Plus model is known as an electric vehicle with various leading innovations.

"For Android Auto updates, it can be easily done and obtained for free on the official dealers network," he said.

AION Y Plus is equipped with a modern infotainment system that displays a touch screen of 14.6 inches.

With Android Auto presence, users can enjoy real-time navigation via Google Maps, control favorite music or podcasts from apps like Spotify and YouTube Music, and make calls or send messages with voice commands via Google Assistant.

This car comes in Indonesia with two variant options, starting from Y Plus Exclusive equipped with a battery with a capacity of 50.66 kWh which is able to cover a distance of up to 410 km at a price of IDR 419 million.

Meanwhile, Y Plus Premium has a battery with a capacity of 63.2 kWh with a distance of 490 km, which is offered at a price of Rp479 million, the price above is the Jakarta OTR.
